Futsal East

FUTSAL EAST is an indoor futsal league designed to help soccer players develop their foot skills and speed of play in a fun league environment. Games are played on Friday nights in the St. Croix Valley Recreation Center Dome, which features new Field Turf.

Session 1: November 3, 10, 17, 24, December 1, 8

Session 2: December 15, 29, January 5, 12, 19, 26

It happened at least three times on a recent Friday night...the ball was played toward the corner, with the forward attacking the ball and the defender ready to challenge. You could see the forward think to herself, “Is this the right time to try the move Coach taught me last week? I think so...” Then, as if in slow motion, the forward suddenly stops, steps over the ball, gives a head-fake cuts the ball back behind her other foot and takes off toward the goal, leaving the defender in her dust. “I can do this,” the forward thinks to herself. “I CAN DO THIS!”
