Teams must register together to play in FUTSAL EAST. Individual registration forms are NOT accepted. To register, complete the team registration form and collect the attached player waiver forms for each player you will roster. NOTE: You do not need to send the player release forms with your team registration...you can bring them when you check in 30 minutes before your first game. Team fee: $400 per team per six-week session. To register a team: (1) complete the TEAM REGISTRATION FORM and mail a check for your team fee to FUTSAL EAST, PO Box 105, Stillwater, MN 55082. You do not need a complete team roster to register your team. (2) complete a PLAYER LIABILITY WAIVER FORM for each player and bring them with you to check-in 30 minutes before your first league game. Registration deadlines: ALL SEASONS ARE FULL. Season 1: Oct. 1. Season 2: Nov. 1.
Last year, all seasons filled before the registration deadlines, so register early. In other words, SUBMITTING YOUR REGISTRATION BY THE DEADLINE DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR TEAM A SPOT.
